How does it work?

iApprove P-Card - click to viewiApprove is a pre-configured software package that can be configured for use in any organisation large or small. It establishes a consistent look and feel across multiple approval domains, operating as a 'one stop shop' for all corporate approvals. It runs off a configurable toolset where each approval area is dynamically generated from an XML file, allowing a host of pre-configured scenarios to be implemented for any business environment.
The user interface is presented as an Adobe Flex application, which allows core ERP approval data to be surfaced through a state-of-the-art user interface. Key functionality includes:

 

  • Outlook™ style inbox navigation using accordions, hierarchies and categorised data
  • Summary information presented in a stunningly presented dashboard overview
  • Advanced search and filtering options for mass approve and mass reject
  • Smart presentation and highlighting of key business data so that the correct decisions can be made quickly

iApprove is specifically set up to run for company's that run SAP, however the service-oriented design of the core architecture means that the tool can exist on top of any 3rd Party application which eliminates the need for users to access several different system in order to process different approval requests.

Pre-configured scenarios

iApprove has been specifically set-up to run a series of pre-configured scenarios:

 

  • Invoice Approval (SAP AP Integration)
  • Purchase Requisitions and Orders (SAP SRM integration)
  • Leave Requests (SAP HCM integration)
  • Expenses (SAP HCM integration)


A series of further pre-configured scenarios for plant maintenance, asset management and material management are in development.


Additional accelerators exist for industry types, including variants for Public Sector, Health and Oil and Gas. As part of the particular focus on decisions made in the public sector, iApprove has been accepted on the UK's buying solution framework.
